  • Trying this for the first day today. Not sure how it will go as I have to sit and eat with my clients as part of my job but hoping to get round this somehow. My mum has been following and had brilliant results so hoping it works for me too as I have a huge amount of weight to lose. Any tips on mini bites that can get me through the having to eat to but be greatly welcome.

    I have only started too so I can’t really help on the mini bites but maybe you could say you have just eaten/had a big breakfast and are still full so will only have a coffee or if you have to eat just have a salad and don’t finish it. it is only for 2 days so you can eat with them on the other days or try doing the fast days at the weekend, at least until you’re more familiar with the diet.
