  • Saw the TV program last year, read the book last night. 3 hours in! Taken my measurements, set my goals,eaten my breakfast( 2 eggs , 2 medium tomatoes)………feeling peckish!

    The first few fasts may be a bit irksome. The more you do the more “normal” it becomes.

    Stick with it, be mindful of what you’re doing and why. Fast 2 days (36 hours eacg), stay within your TDEE on NFD and you won’t go wrong.
