5:2 diet
Day One- Monday July 11, 2016
Weighed in at 197.4 this morning. I’m allowed 600 calories today. As of 4:00 PM I’ve had nothing to eat or drink. I’ve worked all day and I’m pretty hungry right now. My plan is to consume my 600 calories tonight and stay busy until bed time. Monday’s seem to be a good fast day for me so I may stick with Mondays and Wednesdays. We’ll see. I’m not going to lie, I’m HUNGRY!
Day Two- Tuesday, July 12, 2016
What a great day! I had a Chick Fil A wrap for lunch with fries and sweet tea. For supper I had a half smoked chicken, green beans, a few rolls and half a peach turn over. Can you really lose weight like this?
Day Three- Wednesday July 13, 2016
Today is another fast day. I did not eat breakfast. I’m a little hungry right now (10:40 AM). I can handle it though. My plan is to eat supper. I’ll likely have a sandwich and a bag of chips to fill my 600 calories. I haven’t weighed since Monday. Not sure when I’ll weigh. I feel good.
I had about 460 calories today at around 5 PM. I think I’ll be good through the night now. Tomorrow is a feast day!
Day Four- Thursday July 14 2016
Chick Fil A chicken sandwich for lunch with fries and sweet tea. For supper fried fish, fries, slaw, coconut cake.
Day Five- Friday July 15 2016
For lunch half chicken smoked, slaw and fries with sweet tea
For supper- 14 ounce ribeye with baked potato, salad, bread.
Day Six- Saturday July 16 2016
For lunch I had two fried chicken wings and a six inch subway with water
For supper I had two pieces of honey baked ham with mashed potatoes.
Day Seven- Sunday July 17, 2016
For luch I had half a smoked chicken, fries, slaw, cornbread and sweet tea.
For supper I had four tacos, tortilla chips and salsa with sweet tea.

Weight= 195.4 I’ve lost two pounds in my first week.
Today is a fast day. Haven’t had anything but water so far. It’s 2:15 PM.
