Hello!

With much trepidation, I’m looking at doing this diet ….

Its quite difficult to find food that I like and can manage to cook on my two-ring burner or in my tiny toaster oven so this might work nicely for me…..

Any advice on where to get started with things?

There are lots of international members on the board. Lots of Aussies, Kiwis and Americans (Canada, USA & South America), also scandanavians and the odd South African occasionally posts too, I think there was once a regular posting from China but haven’t seen her for a while. It may help if you actually highlighted where you’re from – sorry but SK means nothing to me?
