Another Newbie…ish

    I think I have made a post before but many years ago. I want to try the 5:2 diet again. I started this week but cheated on both my fast days. I’m good all day and then 8pm hits and each hour i’m saying to myself you can eat in the morning but i end up binge eating. Can anyone suggest any tips to prevent me eating in the nights of my fast days. Also do people find it easier to do fast days on the same days each week? 🙂

    What are you eating on your fast day? (before the binge)

    When I started I liked changing my fast days each week to suit when they would be easiest. Then when I had a Sunday fast day I liked it so much that I make that my habit, and my other one is Thursday.
