I started 5:2 three weeks ago and discovered this website shortly after.
My goal is to lose 20kg – a lot! I gained lots of weight during my pregnancy and even though my daughter is already 9 month now, I never managed to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
Started 5:2 with 95kg, would love to be 75kg in the end, but 80kg would already be great.
After three weeks my weight today is 91.5kg, which means I already lost 3.5kg. Unbelievable. I expect the weight loss to be less drastic during the next months. But it feels great to start like this and I am incredibly motivated right now.
I noticed that my fasting days can only be on days when I do not work. Otherwise I am just too stressed and hungry all day.
