Hi, I’m Sandra. I am 31 & live in northern ireland. I started the fast diet last wk. I weighed myself on the Wednesday morning and was 11 st, 7 lb. I fasted thursday and friday and found it easy enough to do, the hunger didnt bother me at all thankfully. I then went camping over the weekend and ate like a mad women lol I also enjoyed a few cocktails. I have to be flexible with my fast days due to the shifts I work so this week monday & Tuesday were my fast days. Come weigh in on this Wednesday morning I was hoping for a loss but not expecting much due to my weekend of over eating. When I looked down and the scales read 10 st, 4 lb I thought I was seeing things. 1st, 3lb off. I could not believe it so I measure myself. I had lost 3ins of my waist, 2ins of my hips & 1in of my thighs! I also tried on trousers that didnt fit a couple of wks ago & tho they were still a bit tight they fastened. I dont expect to get a loss like this again and since I dont feel I have a huge amount to lose I am happy to lose the rest at a slower pace but I am also delighted at the results of my first wk. Has anyone else experienced this kind of loss at the start of this? I love the fast diet! I know it is something I could stick too and I am finding that I look forward to my fast days as much as look forward to my feed days after! I feel so great after just a wk both physically and mentally! Definitely a new way of life for me!
