Hello! Is it ok to put a new post about advice here? Hope so! I have been fasting since April, and lost nearly 3/4 stone. Loving this wol, feeling beautiful and healthy but the most important thing is I have really got a routine going. HOWEVER, this Monday we get the keys for our new house, and we will have a crazy week moving furniture and boxes and probably not having access to much of a day of healthy food shopping and cooking if you get me. So I am thinking that, instead of putting myself and my family under pressure, I will go easy on my fast days next week, (Monday and Thursday) and instead eat only what I know are low calorie foods for the week, e.g. lots of salad, eggs, etc. (I am mostly vegeterian) Has anyone done this? I will be back on it in a week. Living in Spain and with a husband and two children to think about, I don’t think I can take those two days to concentrate of myself.
