Hi
I am doing a massive bike ride in 9 weeks time I am 103kg and and 1.8m and 55 years old.
I am planning to cycle 42 miles every other day or about 3 times a week. – 2 sessions of 21 miles and 2000ft of ascent each time.
I am also fasting on 2 of the rest days.
I feel will feel ever kg on the Pyranean hills, so I would like to lose 10kg before the start. And have fintness and body stregth enough cope with the climbs
Ive done it for a few days now and feel good.
I have been a stong runner and cycling – many years ago and I have a good degree of stamina.
But I need some feedback from all the knowldge and experiance here about my plans.
