Hello out there. Just started the 5:2 diet today. Heard lots of good things about it and it seems pretty simple. I figured out my TDEE AND BMI…..Is there a place on this site that tracks your foods and add the calories like My Fitness Pal?

I’m from the US too, but I’m in the midwest, feel sorry for me!!
This site doesn’t track your calories. Are you going to track your calories on both fast days and non-fast days? I don’t count on non-fast days and have had success with this way of life so far. I’m on my 5th week and I’m down to my lowest weight in years. I only want to lose a few more pounds at this point.
Did you just start this week? Good luck!
