  • Can anyone recommend a good app to track weekly calorie intake, exercise, weight and measurements? I have tried a bunch but most track to daily calorie goals (rather than weekly) and are not designed for a 5:2 approach. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I use Fatsecret.com. It does have a daily goal, but I ignore that on fast days.

I use myfitnesspal and you can check your weeks stats by going onto their website > click “food” next to “my home” > scroll all the way down to your water consumption and under it it says “view full report printable”. Once you click that you can specify the weeks/ days you want your report for.

Hope this helps? I love that app!

Super excited to be kicking off today…but was amazed to see that there isn’t a specific FastDiet app for tracking etc. Would make absolute sense to me…

MyFitnessPal is a brilliant app that gives you all the nutritional information and if you use it with an exercise app like Mapmywalk/run it logs your exercise too. I’ve used it for years and it keep you honest!
