When watching Michaels show his first step was a 4 day fast which produced remarkable results, internally. Blood, body and brain. Anyone try this and wondering why it’s not mentioned much or at all here….

Although it was an interesting case study for MM to do, his overall recommendation for a more sociable WOL that people could live with was the 5:2 pattern (with a low calorie intake).
