3 weeks in…

  • Three weeks into the diet, and have lost about 9 lbs. There was a trip to New Orleans in the middle of that stretch that hindered us a bit. We have done fasting as a diet tool before, but tried to prolong it for days with little more than water…too austere and unsustainable. The one day fast twice a week with the allowable calories seems very doable, and seems easier that daily calorie counting. It is amazing how we seem to eat more sensibly on non-fast days as well. Simple, sustainable, with early results…we will report back.
