  • Really well done @hilly66! That’s amazing! Don’t worry about your body fat reading, I’m sure that’s just a little glitch, but cheese is amazing and you dropped another pound so that’s amazing.

I weighed myself again this morning before and after the toilet… and there was a 2 pound difference! Haha! I still haven’t lost since Thursday and I’m two pounds down after doing 4:3 this week instead of 5:2 as usual.

I’ve lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks, I’m really thrilled it’s working and I’ve got my fingers crossed for another half stone in the next four weeks.

The only regret I’ve got about this diet is not starting it sooner!

Good luck and well done! Have a great Sunday! xx

Thanks LittleDragon, you’re doing amazingly well too. Slightly obsessed with the scales, before and after?!! (Hmmm me thinks may have to try that too!!).

Like you I wish I’d started sooner; I saw several life changing programmes back in the summer: Michael Peretti’s programmes looking at the diet industry, which in a nutshell basically said diets don’t work, which left me feeling depressed and slightly resigned to always being a overweight. Then I saw Michael’s programme, what a revelation but I thought I’d never be able to do it. It wasn’t until I noticed a work colleague seemed to have vanished over night. I complimented him, he had lost an incredible 3 stone since July, when he started intermittent fasting. That was the final shove I needed to give it a go.

Anyway we may have started later than we wished but we’re on track to have a healthier fitter summer and indeed life.

    Keep posting xxx

    Good morning @hilly66

    How was your weekend?

Haha, yeah, I might well be a little bit obsessed weighing myself before and after going to the loo.. oops – this is why over the next four weeks I am going to try and weigh myself only once every fortnight (but let’s be honest, I will probably not stick to that and actually weigh myself once a week… we will see!)

I had a pretty indulgent weekend, didn’t deny myself anything but similarly didn’t eat as excessively as I used to before this fast diet. I had a late lunch on both days so ended up not really needing a separate meal for dinner. I also went to the gym for an hour of cardio on both days – all about balance!

I’d really like to watch the documentary on the Fast Diet – I’ve never seen it before. It must be pretty worth watching if it kick started your diet! For me it was just all the overeating at Christmas and having put on all the weight that I’d worked so hard to lose in 2009/2010.

I think it’s starting to show – someone commented that I looked like I’d “shrunk” over the weekend, which was pleasing. I’m excited at the prospect of being smaller and healthier going into the summer.

I am fasting today – I’ve got a prawn noodle salad for lunch which I’m looking forward to, and lots of water and herbal tea til then. Yesterday I actually said out loud to my boyfriend “I’m so full, thank goodness I’m fasting tomorrow!” which is something I never thought I would say!

Best of luck if you’re fasting and fingers crossed for another good week. We can do this! xx

Hi LittleDragon and good luck on your fast today!!

of course you can do this and some 🙂

Aw thanks @angie090465 – got the tummy rumbles this morning but it’s a change from feeling stuffed like I did this weekend.

Good luck if you’re fasting today! Keep me posted! xx

    Hi LittleDragon!!

my fasting days are tuedsays and fridays so its tomorrow for me 🙂

good luck to day though am sure you’ll do great lol xx

Ah, now I knew it was Friday, but wasn’t sure what other day. I guessed Monday because it tends to be a popular fasting day for a lot of people!

I should probably do some work and try and stop thinking about food! xx

yep yep you go and do some work young lady 🙂

    have a good day!! xx

    Hi LittleDragon

How was your weekend? First day of my fasting week again today – like you I am ready for it as I feel I have been eating loads over the weekend!! I went shopping on Friday and have some new recipes for my fast days as I tend to always have stir-fry. I am fasting today, tomorrow and Saturday this week as I am out on Thursday and Friday and don’t think I could do 3 days in a row!!!!

Also I am glad to see you have decided to stop your daily weigh in (I knew I would persuade you in the end ha ha!) Have a good week 🙂

    Hey JFitzy

I had a great weekend thanks, it was over far too quickly as always. I had a very delicious weekend foodwise, and I’m glad to be restricting myself again today – lots of cheese, carbs and sweets this weekend! I’m not a big drinker though so at least the calories aren’t coming from there as well!

I work quite long hours and tend to just rely on the low fat ready meals at Waitrose or M&S for dinner/lunch – I’m getting a bit bored of them but at the same time I’m worried about preparing my own food because it’s harder to monitor calories.

I don’t feel hungry but I seem to have a pretty bad headache this morning and can’t stop thinking about food – maybe I’m not doing enough work, haha!

I found that I lost exactly the same amount of weight doing 4:3 last week as 5:2 so might just stick to 5:2 for now. Plus I found the final fast day last week really tough! As I said before though, do let me know how you get on with your 4:3 compared to 5:2 and if there’s a big difference I’ll consider doing it in March!

Can’t stop thinking about fooooood… what do you have planned for lunch/dinner today?

    xx

Lunch today will be my M&S Country Vegetable Soup – 150 calories
Dinner will be stuffed mushrooms with a big salad

Last week I waited until the evening to use my 500 calories but this week I am going back to splitting my calories as then I won’t feel so hungry – hopefully!!

    Speak later 🙂

I had that soup last week for lunch, it was pretty tasty and I felt great afterwards, but I think not having something solid to eat left me absolutely starving and I felt awful at around 5pm! Hence the prawn noodle salad today!

I definitely couldn’t save all my calories for the evening, I find 300 or so plenty for the evening, especially if the food is already made and it’s a low fat ready-meal!

Happy fasting and good luck today!

OOO sorry everyone I’ve been sleeping!!!

Well actually hadn’t worked out how to get notified when there’s a new post!!

Hi JFitzy, welcome to our merry band. Sounds like you’re off to an amazing start!

My fasting days are usually Mondays and Thursdays – God yesterday seemed like the longest day ever. I generally have breakfast and then nothing (besides drinks) ’til the evening. On a Monday, after my day job, I do an hour’s tutoring; this week I had to take the cat to the vet’s for a check up. By the time I got back I could have eaten a horse, never mind the lonely kipper lurking in the fridge!! Actually though the kipper was very filling and I made it to the end of the day.

Is interesting to hear you’re all using low calorie prepared things; so far I have been following recipes in the book and I also use a cool little app on my phone. Would thoroughly recommend the app if you have a smart phone. You set up a mini profile, sex, age, height, weight etc. It then enables you to keep track of your progress in terms of your stats. In addition it has a very extensive data base of calorie information; you can keep a diary tracking through breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. It even has a bar code scanner, so you can quickly scan items and download all the nutritional information.

At the end of the day you can confirm that’s it – it then tells you your total calorie intake for the day, nutritional intake and what you would weigh in 4 or 5 (forgotten which) weeks time if you kept it up. I love that on a fast day – it’s a nice little boost.

    Well bedtime for me.

Have a good fast day tomorrow, those of you that are.

    X

Is that My Fitness Pal, @hilly66 ?

    Morning Ladies

How are we all today? I did a one hour workout this morning and it is a fast day so I am going to see how I go. Funnily enough I feel okay; just had a small low fat yoghurt when I got to work and will have my usual M&S low calorie soup around 3pm and then a small turkey stir fry tonight. I am going to try and do third day again this week but it will have to be Saturday (what no wine on a Saturday – I must be mad :))

    HI everyone,

I’m doing my fast today – second one of the week — I started Sunday at 12:30 after lunch and went til dinner on Monday. i ate a late lunch yesterday – 3pm and will just have the 500 cals between now and dinner tonight. My general plan is for Mondays and Thursdays to be fast days but since we are getting a blizzard starting after midnight tonight and all day Thurs. into Friday, I know I’ll be housebound and that’s when I find it takes willpower (which I have in only a very limited supply) not to eat. In general I try to stay out of the kitchen on fast days and i find a busy day at work is a big distraction. I like in the book how they advise to just not make a big deal out of food — and for me that means immersing myself in other activities. I really want this to sink in as a way of life – like everyone else I am so sick of dieting per se and I want food to be neutral – even boring.

The app referred to by Hilly above – it sounds like Livestrong — that’s what I’m using. In terms of weighing vs not – I bought a pair of black pants that are tight around my waist (where all the weight accumulates – in fact if I didn’t have a belt of fat making my stomach stick out I’d be downright thin looking) and I wear those pants (or another pair that I had altered when I was at my preferred weight a year ago) – on fast days and somehow it helps me stay motivated. Today I actually feel a bit of loosening but it could be that the material is starting to stretch!

Question for you Brits – are the noodles you’ve been mentioning shirataki noodles? I’ve been using those with cut up fresh basil and a packet of veggie broth poured over them – not as good as real pasta in terms of taste but definitely better when wearing my tight pants.

@simsbury I like the idea of wearing the tighter pants!!

In answer to your noodles question – Yes. Shiratake, Slim Noodles, barenaked noodles are all made from konjac flour, so virtually the same things.

    Good luck

    xx

Thanks, sylvestra. Oh I forgot to mention – I do think this intermittent modified fasting has boosted my mood and improved my cognitive capabilities — not dramatically but enough for me to notice. If this can stave off dementia all the more reason to adapt to this new way of life.

Morning all, hope we’re all well today.

JFitzy you are a better person than me – exercising on a fast day! How did you get on?

@simsbury I’ve got a pair of tight fitting jeans too, and they really cut in when I’m sitting down – I might try your trick of wearing them on fast days, sounds like a good idea to motivate yourself! I think @sylvestra answered your question on the noodles – I have two packs in my cupboard I bought a few weeks back but I’ve not actually got round to trying them. Stay safe in the blizzard!

@hilly66 – thanks for the tip on that app, I was considering getting a “calories content book” I saw the other day in a book store but being able to scan items and it give immediate nutritional values makes a lot more sense.

So I fasted Monday which was fine, had lunch around 3.30pm and dinner at 7.30pm. But then Tuesday, I had a pretty bad day – for some reason I just had an insatiable desire to eat chocolate and ate FOUR penguin bars 🙁 I don’t know what came over me. Then for dinner I had a burger, chips and onion rings and went to bed feeling so bloated and sick from all the fatty food.

I decided to fast Thursday instead of Wednesday as I had a meeting all morning and they served breakfast so gave into a bacon bap and a few cookies around mid morning. I didn’t feel great for it and then later on kept thinking about all the fatty food I wanted to eat. For dinner I had a fajita – could have had two but stopped myself but grazed on cheese and chocolate later in the evening. It’s like something in my brain has switched an all of a sudden, all I want to eat is fried food and chocolate – I was doing so well before and I didn’t want any unhealthy food as I felt like the 5:2 had helped change my attitude to food. Turns out I am just a fatty and always will be.

I feel like today will be really tough – any support would be gladly welcomed!

    xx

    oh LittleDragon!

just read your post hun, you had what I call a “wobble”, we all do from time to time, don’t be so hard on yourself, you are usually so positive so I know you can do this 🙂

if today is too rough why not just leave it, and start again next week and give yourself a break? with 5.2 you can pick up where you left off and start again, it shouldn’t feel like a chore or painful..

come on, lets hear it for LittleDragon, you will be OK, and if you like I will be here all day stalking you lol!!!

be nice to yourself, its just a blip, trust me I have had many of those, I eat chocolate everyday except fast days!!

are you smiling now? I hope so!! 🙂

    big hugs xx

Angie you are so sweet, thank you so much for your really lovely post. I was smiling at the end of reading it but also (don’t judge me) holding back a little tear at the thought of someone being so kind and supportive to a complete stranger. Thank you, your encouragement means so much.

I guess I just feel really disappointed in myself right now because I was doing pretty well before and enjoying healthy food and didn’t really crave fried food and chocolate. Someone else on a different thread mentioned they’d had a blip as well and I tried to encourage them and say we’re all human etc etc but for some reason I’m finding my own advice hard to take on board.

I’ve also had quite a stressful week at work, and I think this has impacted how I feel about food and this diet. I know I need to just try and carry on and be more positive.

I am going to try and stick to my fast day today, I already committed to it when I woke up this morning and I think if I get through today, it will make me feel better about the whole journey and get me back on track. I’m also worried that if I let myself have a “day off” then I’ll just go down the spiral of binge eating rubbish, deciding that the Fast Diet is not for me, and giving up completely (OK, maybe a bit extreme, but I know myself, and I think this is why I gave it up before in the summer when I wasn’t doing as well as I wanted).

Haha, Angie, would love if you could stalk me all day so I can chat to you about how today is going – would really appreciate the company! Also, your comment about eating chocolate everyday when you’re not fasting – I’m sure that’s absolutely fine, but I doubt very much you’re like me – I’m known to be such a binge eater and I have such trouble moderating what I eat! I don’t even know why, it makes me feel awful afterwards and it’s so bad for me, sometimes I disgust myself 🙁

Anyway, onwards and upwards, I feel uplifted and supported after reading your message, so thank you SO much! xxx

    LittleDragon is back 🙂

I am glad you are feeling a bit better, its a start and you will be doing your fast as planned today… I am here so you are not alone, and stress at work surely does not help does it, so give yourself a pat on the back, its hard enough when you are just starting off something new without all the grief from life in general 🙁
But you are a positive person, I know from your posts 🙂 and you can do this, this WOL takes time to get used to it, there will be ups and downs, joy and pain too lol, but its all worth it in the end!

well I don’t want to get too much of your time if you are at work, so you carry on hun, lunch time not too far, hang in there and you will be just fine 🙂

have a lovely morning 🙂 xx
ps, i’ll be checking up on your later missy 🙂

Hey LittleDragon don’t be so hard on yourself. I way overate on my non-fast days last week so this week I am trying to claw back some of the damage done:) As Angie said we all have a wobble now and then – we wouldn’t be human otherwise. I am sure you will get through today (just keeping thinking how awful you felt after all the fatty food!). I get cravings for crisps and can easily munch my way through a family size bag of kettle chips and then spend the next 24 hours feeling rubbish. You were strong enough to beat the daily weighing habit (patting myself on the back for that hee hee :)) so you are definitely strong enough to get through this temporary blip – have a great day and let us know how you are getting on xxx

@angie090465 and @jfitzy I am overwhelmed by your kind words and support, thank you, a million times thank you.

After two cups of herbal tea, I’ve conquered a few tummy rumbles and I’m on track to push through til lunch I hope!

JFitzy – I have a similar addiction to crisps (and chocolate and cheese, and well, anything bad, but crisps are my major downfall – once a packet is open, I’ll keep going til they’re going!) I have to confess I popped on the scales on Tuesday night after my burger binge, knowing the scales would be up, and did it to punish myself for eating so much (not because I wanted to, but to guilt myself, which is different and I hope this doesn’t count!!)

Thanks again you two, you’ve really really inspired me to push forward with today, I can’t thank you enough! xx

Ok I will let you off that sneaky peek on the scales then we will refer to it as “an emergency weigh-in”!!! 🙂

LittleDragon I meant to say have you tried the Pop Chips? They are great and only 90 calories for a small bag. They do lots of flavours but I like the salted ones best. I have those as a treat and they are just like crisps so I feel I have had my “fix” but I know they are not going to throw me way over my calorie allowance for the day. Give them a go 🙂

    Hey Everyone,

I’ve never posted anything before on here so here goes…
I also had a blip yesterday and ate everything in sight and I felt awful when I went to bed. I felt like I’d ruined all the hard work I’d put into fasting over the past two weeks. All of your supportive comments to eachother has really made my day and motivated me to carry on. I am also on a fast day today and I’m putting my rubbish day behind me now instead of dwelling.

Just wanted to say thanks 🙂

JFtizy, I absolutely love pop chips – my favourite are probably the BBQ ones, I actually had some yesterday with my lunch. I prefer them to the Special K Cracker Crisps, have you tried them?

Also some of the other crisps with less calories are Wotsits and Quavers – I find they’re good to satisfy a crisp craving without going wild.

@jocie85 – I feel like I should give you a special word of encouragement, after Angie and JFitzy were so kind and supportive to me. I need to take my own advice really when I say the following but DO NOT beat yourself up, every day is a new day, and you can always pick it up again tomorrow. Don’t dwell on what you did yesterday, just focus on making today as good as it can possibly be. I feel so much better having spoken to Angie and JFitzy, I’m glad you’ve found motivation in these messages, and obviously do feel free to contribute at any time, the forum is so friendly and supportive and I’m so grateful for it.

    GOOD LUCK! xx

    Hi Joicie85 and welcome!!

very wise words from LittleDragon, so good luck today, this forum is a wealth of support 🙂

happy fasting all of you fabfasters 🙂

Angie you are such an angel!

😉 thank you Little Dragon lol!!

( but I turn into a bit of a devil on fast days hahaha ) 🙂

hope you are going strong still! nearly lunchtime!

Hello Jocie85 nice to meet you. If ever you need any support I am usually around during the week and I am happy to do what I can (I am no expert mind you!). I don’t post on a Friday as it is my day off but otherwise I check in. Good luck with your weight loss – you will be fine. It takes time to get used to the system but once you are up and running it will become second nature.

LittleDragon I haven’t tried the Special K Cracker Crisps but like you I love Pop Chips so I think I will stick with those for now.

Have a good day everybody 🙂

Thanks all, nice to meet you too! Hope you’re having a good day! 🙂

Hello to Angie, JFitzy and Jocie

I thought I would give you a little update on how today is going!

I’ve had lots of water and two big cups of herbal tea today so that’s carrying me through. I thought I’d be eating my lunch (prawn dumplings) around 1, but I actually went for a walk at lunch time to do some errands – (I went to M&S to get some dinner for the other half and I for tomorrow night, and wasn’t really at all phased by all the delicious food that was on offer!). Back at my desk now and not really hungry at all. So glad I didn’t choose to take the day off, today is going much better than I thought it would.

How is everyone else doing today? JFitzy / Jocie are you fasting? I know Angie is fasting tomorrow.

Thank you a million times again for instilling motivation back in me. You have no idea how encouraged and supported I feel!

Oh I forgot to say, I’m holding out on having lunch until the next pang of hunger comes along! 🙂 feeling good and going strong. Hope you are all too.

    Love to all! xx

Hello fellow fasters, I’ve not posted on here before but have found your posts very inspirational! I’m only on week three. Weeks one and two were ok but, for some reason, this week I’m finding myself very hungry on fasting days. I usually do Tuesday and Thursday as it fits in with my lifestyle. My problem at the moment is keeping busy. I’m a gardener and this dreadful weather is putting pay to working – not to mention earning! Perhaps I’ll drag myself back to the gym in the morning if I can sum up the motivation.

    Hello Witchy

Great to have another person on board. I have great admiration for people who do a physical job and still do the 5:2! Hopefully the weather will improve soon and you will get more work 🙂

LittleDragon – delighted to hear it is all going well today – don’t forget to give yourself a pat on the back tonight for sticking to your plan. I fasted Monday & Wednesday and depending on how things go I am planning to do Saturday. Out tomorrow night and for Sunday lunch so if I can forgo my red wine plan to do Saturday. If I get a chance I will check in over the weekend – if not speak on Monday x

Welcome @witchy, glad to have you on board.

As you’ll see from some of the earlier discussions we had, we all have good and bad days. I guess it’s difficult when you’re fasting because if you’re having hunger pangs and finding it hard, there’s not a huge amount you can do. In a weird way, I have found my non-fasting days more difficult because it’s a delicate balance allowing yourself to eat what you like but not AS MUCH as you like.

Your job sounds pretty labour intensive – fasting on work days must be tough, but I’m sure you’re doing really well! I read somewhere else on this forum, a thread that really spurred me on which said something like “on a fast day, when you pass the time you ususally have breakfast, or graze on a snack, or have something just becase you’re bored, you’ve conquered your old eating habits and you’re better than you were yesterday… all you need to do is keep going, and before you know it, it’s the end of the day”.

Good luck! And please feel free to post on here if you need to complain, chat, and most of all, let us know your progress! I’ve been so grateful for the support, and I’m sure you will find it too if you need it.

    Take care 🙂

LittleDragon, you are truly back now lol!!

well done, you are almost there and remember tomorrow is all yours 🙂

also want to say welcome to Witchy! as LittleDragon already said you will be supported all the way on these forums!
I really do hope the weather improves for you and the rest of the country grrr!!

JFitzy enjoy your meals out!! 🙂

Hello Little Dragon, JFitzy and Angie and thank you all for the very warm welcome! This is the third week of the new me! Corny I know – but I have to keep motivated! I’m 50 later this year (June) and am determined not to be Fat AND 50! I have some way to go but am very determined! Thanks again for encouraging words! x

JFitzy – we must have posted exactly at the same time as I didn’t see your post before but it’s there now! Enjoy your meals out, and best of luck if you fast on Saturday – I couldn’t fast at the weekends so you’re a better person than me!

Angie – I feel like I am back thanks to your (and JFitzy!) enouragement. I think every hour that ticks by is a little victory and I feel SO much better than I did this morning, so a million times thank you.

Witchy – you are most welcome, all the best for this week, this forum is so good to read other people’s accounts of how they’re getting on and get inspiration from. I am SURE you will be much lighter and healthier by June – plenty of time to make a difference if you just keep on doing what you’re doing. Let’s also hope the weather picks up!

Thanks again all, no doubt speak a bit later! x

    Hi everyone,

feel like the person shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted! So sorry I’ve not been about! Littledragon you just had a moment, we all need to get our relationship with food back in proportion – think it was something Michael Mosely had written – thin people have days when they over indulge but then they go back to normal without even thinking about it! So it’s ok to have a “wobble” as Angie so delightfully put it.

Good to know your fasting day is going well too. Am on a fast day too, unfortunately have a blinding headache and a bloated stomach!!! So far I haven’t cracked! Might make a black tea in a mo (don’t really like black tea) but might be caffeine withdrawal making my head hurt!

For tea tonightI have greek salad, from what Fast Diet Cook Book which I got from Amazon and now realise is an American publication but no matter it just has good old ounces!! Looking forward to it.

If my headache goes will also be the first time I’ve fasted and done the HIT exercises on the same day.

Welcome Withy, it really works – you’ll be feeling amazing by June.
    x

Oh sorry Withcy ( I blame it on my headache!!)

    Hi Hilly66!

I’m having a bit of a slow day at work so clicking through these forum posts have been a delightful distraction.

Thanks so much for your kind words, you’ll see that Angie and JFitzy really helped me get back on track and feel better. Today’s fast day is going really well so far and I feel so much better for sticking with it. I know we are all bound to have moments when we come unstuck but I just felt really disappointed with myself for Tuesday and Wednesday and facing a fast day today seemed really tough.

I usually have something for around 200 cal for lunch at about 1pm/2pm and then 300 cals around 7.30/8.00pm but today when lunchtime came around I didn’t feel hungry at all, I felt quite empowered, and pushed through til 5pm til eat my lunch. I feel really positive after today and will go to bed knowing I didn’t give up.

Sorry to hear you’re suffering with a headache and bloating – have you taken anything for it? I find Windeze really good when I’m bloated.

Your dinner tonight sounds delicious. I’m too lazy to cook on Fast Days so I’ve got a ready made low calorie spinach and ricotta cheese cannelloni from Waitrose to eat. Looking forward to today being over!

Good to hear from you, keep posting! xx

    Hey LittleDragon!!

Sounds like you did fab today, well done hun 🙂 and enjoy your yummy dinner later!! Xx

Thanks again Angie for all your support! You’ve been so great today 🙂

I will be looking out for you tomorrow on your fasting day. Enjoy your evening, and thanks again! xx

    You are welcome LittleDragon!!

Enjoy your evening too 🙂 xx

Phew my fasting day is almost over – the Greek salad was delicious and it seemed like loads!

Hope your fasting day goes well tomorrow Angie.

Will check in tomorrow evening (no internet access generally at work!)

    x

Well done to us Hilly66 for completing another fast day!

I still don’t feel like I’m losing weight, I feel really chubby still, but the scale told me (last week) that I’d lost 8 pounds so it must come from somewhere.

I had a M&S lamb moussaka for dinner, which was very filling and delicious and it didn’t feel like a low calorie meal at all. The 45 minute wait for it to cook and to have to smell how delicious it was in the oven was a definite test of character!

Angie – good luck for tomorrow’s fast and thank you again for all your encouragement. xxx

    Hi Little Dragon,

God I know what you mean, Tuesday’s fasting day was a killer for me, was all I could do not to wolf my daughter’s dinner down, whilst waiting the few solitary minutes for my kipper to nuke in the microwave!!

But you did – pat on the back surely in order!!

Like you I still feel rather chubby inspite of 7 1/2 pounds having gone!! BTW am 5 ft 1 and currently 11 2 (yay am now only officially overweight rather than my former accolade of being obese!!!). However I would entreat you to think about those small changes that are already evident – I bet that waist band isn’t quite so tight, that uncomfy bra is no longer digging in quite so much, or the sleeves on your top seem to have a little more space!! Go on admit – BE KIND TO YOURSELF 🙂 I bet you have noticed something too.

Even though I still feel portly I have noticed the mound of my belly, curving into my caesarian scar, isn’t quite so pronounced!! Gosh I may even get to see my navel from above one day again!!!

Enjoy tomorrow – you did it today x
