1st day

  • Hi all, had my first fast day yesterday and found it quite comfortable, porridge in the morning and soup in the evening, weighed this morning and 3 pounds down, I know this will bounce back a bit, but very encouraged.

    It’s great when the scales show a drop. Like others have said though, do measure yourself…everywhere. Chest, waist, neck, hips, thighs, calves because there will be times you’ll think you are not losing but you will be changing shape 🙂

    Since I have started my last weigh-in showed a 10 pound loss. And I have taken two holidays during that time where I did not do the diet at all. Averaging 2 pounds a week…but I am doing the alternating fast days until I reach my IBW. Then switch to 5:2 or 6:1 to maintain. Have lost 3 inches on my waist and dropped a size already.This isn’t just another FAD diet…this is a lifestyle change and it really really works. Not my FAD diet….but my LAST diet! 😀
