Starting tomorrow HELP PLEASE

    So i am starting this tomorrow and i want to lose weight quite quickly so am intending on doing 3 fast days (monday, wednesday and friday) Starting tomorrow with the fasting, i was going to have a bowl of crunchy nut for breakfast, miss lunch and then have chicken breast with cauliflower for dinner? Then just drink plenty of water. Does this sound ok? I know it sounds plain but im a fussy eater anyway haha so its perfect for me!

    Hi, I’m starting tomorrow (properly this time). From experience of doing this diet before (which works) I would suggest that you initially stick to the two days a week only. I started too quickly last time and did 3days a week. Found that I over-ate on my non fasting days and generally it was hard begin slowly is my advice ( I will be doing this too). Also from experience, though of course everyone is different, I found it easier to skip breakfast and eat from lunchtime. Have a tea or some other hot drink I the morning. If you eat breakfast and then dinner, you’ll be starving during the middle of the day and if you’re at work for example, it’s easier to get through the day when you’re eating when others do!

    Thankyou for your advice, after reading some of the other posts i think im going to attempt to do a total fast on my fast days this week and see how i get on as im struggling to think of what to eat on the days! Goodluck! 🙂
