Anybody doing Crossfit?

  • Hi there, I’m just starting the 5:2 regime. I’ve been doing Crossfit for the last 2 years despite being 60 lbs overweight – I adjust the workout to my ability.

    Usually after the WOD, I’m not very hungry so I thought maybe this might work: eat a large 300 kal meal an hour before the workout, then have an apple or a banana right after to refill glycogen stores. Then the next morning, I could have a nice big breakfast.

    Has anybody had any experience with this?
