Happy 5:2er

  • I started this 5:2 on 9th February this year. I am happy to say that when I got on the scales this morning, I have lost 1 stone. (7kg) 🙂 I was so happy to see that I had lost my 1st stone. It gives me the oomph I really need to keep going. I have kept to the fasting, 4:3 rather than 2:5 as I find it works better for me.
    I hope this is good encouragement for those that feel like it might not work, or maybe think, this is just another fad diet.
    I don’t comment much here, but I will keep posting the milestones as I get there.
