First Day for me too..should I exercise as well?

    I started reading the book this morning and was gripped by the sensible information, so I started my first fast day today, and so far, so good. I do have a question about exercise. Do people generally exercise on a fast day or leave it until the ‘eat’ days? I did an hour and a half cycle ride and felt fine, but very interested to know if this is a good thing or not,

    for me i found i had a better weight loss if i swam on a fast day x

    I think you loose 1lb a week if no exercise. We try and do 1 hour swimming on both fast days, and three separate half hour walks during the week.

    Just doing this ups it to 2 lb weight loss most weeks.
