3rd week, 5th fast

  • So far so good. 9 or 10 pounds so far, but probably the first 5 are water variation. Started at 220 lbs, goal weight is 185 (college fighting weight!). The would be cool for this 51 year old!

    Must admit I am doing it slightly different. I am tracking Net calories using myfitnesspal app. My fasts have been more like 800 calories b4 exercise and I am watching that I don’t go bazerk on non fast days… Must be close to doing it right because I’m freakin’ starving on fast days!

    Find that I have more energy and naturally eat less on non fast days…

    the tracking part & experimenting is a whole new world
    just make sure it is nutrient dense
