Finished first week

  • Delighted with results after just two days fasting, Monday and Thursday.
    Am following Michaels book to the letter and have lost 2.75lbs in my first week.
    I’ve pulled out my mini trampoline and started running on it the HIT method plus I do Pilates class once a week and at home, with frequent walks weather permitting.
    Hubby is suitably impressed and is joining me on the Fast Diet. It’s something we both feel we can follow into the future without too much hardship.
    Now feel I have the prospect of a healthy future and aim to enjoy it!

    My husband and I also just finished our first week. We are doing Tuesdays and Thursdays. I got him to commit to one month and then reassess, so I really hope he sees the benefits and is willing to stick to it with me!

    I’ve just finished my third week and have lost 7lbs so far! I’m eating a bit more than the 500 cals on a fast day as I found it aggravated my inner ear condition and worsened my vertigo. I’ve managed to find a balance which works and is easy to fit in. I drink lots of water and have been doing hiit virtually everyday. My measurements have also gone down significantly. I’m really pleased so far and find it easy to fit into my life. My husband is joining in with me on fast days and is seeing his waist reduce in size.

    First week, added three 12,000 step walks in. Watching my tdee and doing it to the letter. Scales this morning – I’ve put on two pounds. Feeling really low ?

    Just focus on doing your diet days correctly and you will see good results over time.
