Thank you Michael and Mimi for sharing FAST 5:2. We are 47 year old parents of 3 young adult children. We farm and work physically. We live self-sufficiently and eat a mixed diet mainly of meat, eggs, fat, dairy and vegetables. We had never had weight issues but had the middle age spread and excess belly fat happening. We also happen to have a vineyard and make wine… After being inspired by the documentary and reading the book we started. In 10 weeks we were both hunting for belts as our jean sizes went down and enjoying new slimmer bodies. Feeling fantastic and love the flexibility that you can stop on holidays and restart again without going backwards too much. We look forward to our FAST days! We do Monday/ Wednesday. If we exercise hard or do very physical work or getting grumpy we have 1 boiled egg at lunchtime. Otherwise we drink soda water, black coffee and herb tea all day and just have an early dinner. We usually have a small steak and salad. Just do it!
