Newbie from Michigan

  • Hello everybody!

    I found this forum an hour ago and am very excited to read more about the 5:2 diet. I started it last week and have fasted for two days already. I also do P90X exercises 2-3 times a week on the days when I don’t fast. I have lost 2,5 lbs so far. I’m very motivated, since fasting is helping me with self control like no other diet did in the past. I weight 189 lbs, and am 5’6″, so there is a lot to lose. My target weight is 150 lbs, which I haven’t seen in over 20 years…
