First week down …….

  • Ok so I weighed myself this morning and ….. No loss, I have not lost a thing. On the bright side I have not put any weight on 🙂 I haven’t done my measurements as I cannot find my tape measure. I will sort this out this week. I know I should be gutted that I didn’t loose anything but I am still going to give this 100% and if I was honest with myself, I did indulge this weekend so I have no one to blame but myself. Right onto the next goal….. Loose something this week 🙂 Good luck to everyone this week.

    Don’t beat yourself up, but try an item of clothing and see how it fits.
