I read the fast diet book and the science and evolution behind it makes perfect sense to me. I started my first fast day yesterday and it went well. I have spoken to hubby about it and he is on board too. He works late on a Monday so we thought it would be the perfect day to start to keep us busy and not think about food.
Anyway I found it tricky to keep to the low calorie count but whilst looking for a quick meal for my 3 year old came across kids meals. Under 300 Calories so myself and Dr T had one each for our dinner.
Next week I will be better organised but the kids meal seemed to work for us both.
I have not pigged out today but it has been nice to have a few crisps.
Anyone else used kids meals to make it quick and easy?
