  • My name is RoAnne, I’m 40 years old and over the past few years my weight has crept up to 268. I’ve tried everything I can think of to stick to a healthy eating plan and I just can’t do it. I’m going to try the 5-2 plan, because I think it will take the pressure off of trying to be “good” 24/7. I think I can stick to dieting just 2 days a week. Tomorrow is my first day of fasting. I’ve made a list of what I plan on eating – an egg for breakfast, carrot and celery sticks throughout the day, and I’m not sure for dinner yet. Still gotta do a little more research on that.

    I am starting my second week. Amazed with the results on week one. Down 2.5 pounds. I am doin the alternating days until I get to my target weight 🙂 Here’s to us! We can DO this!!!
