  • Everyone is welcome to join us! These monthly challenges were started by @coda in May 2016 and have been going strong ever since. Goals can be overwhelming when viewed as a whole. But by breaking them down into small achievable pieces, we are able to stay focused and motivated to accomplish our goals one step at a time in bite-sized monthly challenges.

    There are no rules, but as a general guide, here are some tips for any new people:

    1. Posting – This is our only true rule: please start each post with the day of the month, where you are, and if you’re on a fast day (FD), non-fast day (NFD) or controlled day (CD). We’re located all over the world and in different time zones so it helps us keep track of which day we’re talking about, who else is fasting with us on a particular day etc. Look at the various posts, and you’ll soon see the pattern, and will learn how useful it is for reading.

    2. In your first post, please introduce yourself to the group – this helps us to get to know each other, which is especially helpful for newbies. Perhaps say something about where you started, your journey so far, what you’re aiming for or how you are benefiting from fasting. You might like to include your starting weight or your goals for the month. But you don’t have to – share only what you are comfortable sharing online.

    3. Spreadsheet – @at is producing a Fab Feb spreadsheet and a link will be available soon -It’s in alphabetical order by username. If you find it helpful, you can use it to record and track your progress as well as keeping track of how others are doing. It can help with perspective, accountability or planning. And if you need help just ask – there’s always someone happy to help. But you don’t have to use it if you don’t want to. It’s just another tool you can use if you choose.

    4. Frequency – Some people post daily, others check in every few days. Some are brief, others are long and chatty. If you’re posting for a second time in the same day please head your post e.g. Day 1 – 2nd Post. Past history shows that posting every day truly does help with motivation for staying on track with your goals, so please don’t feel shy about suddenly posting daily; we love new members!

    5. Content of your post– Comments or questions, complaints or celebration – anything you’d like to share with the forum. Recipes, tips, tricks and bright ideas are always welcome. Remember: we all have good days and bad days, days we fall off the wagon or days when we are hanging on by our fingernails, days when our mojo deserts us and days where we feel completely in control. So DON’T GIVE UP – whatever it is, you are not alone!

    6. Community – This is a worldwide forum so there’s usually someone online. We all do our best to offer advice, support and solidarity.

    7. Pocket lists –A ‘pocket list’ is a list of the names of people who are sharing the same goal on a particular day. It’s great psychological support in mentally keeping that list in our back pocket, knowing we’re not alone. Anyone can join a pocket list or start a pocket list. Typical pocket lists are for a FD but in the past they’ve been used for people doing daily exercise or planks, or DTF (dry till Friday).

    8. 5:2 basics – answers to many FAQs plus top tips:
    https://thefastdiet.co.uk/forums/topic/the-basics-for-newbies-your-questions-answered/

    9. The “rule”. The F word (FAIL) is prohibited!! We all stumble in our journey – it happens. But acknowledge it, think about what you can do next time, and continue. We’re all here to help!

    We tend to use a LOT of abbreviations in these posts. Here’s a guide to some of the more frequently used ones:

    Day 0 – South Africa 🇿🇦 – NFD

    Thank you for setting up the Challenge, @brightonbelle. And thank you to @at for the spreadsheet. May we all have a successful & RESOLVED Fabulous February! 🎯

    Day 0 – Rural Nebraska, USA – NFD

    I’ll be here for the month! Thanks, @brightonbelle and @at!

    USA. Day 0

    See you all tomorrow! 👍🏻

    Day 1 UK NFD

    Welcome all , thought I’d try and get in before the antipodeans 🦘🥝

    I’ll be posting each day – but don’t expect a lot 😂

    Me – 63F living on the south coast of England with DH , 2 adult sons

    Currently aiming to be as fit and healthy as I can be , about 15lbs and I’ll be happy but I’m finding it more difficult as I get older

    We’ll be the usual global group with a common goal and I’m sure we’ll be there for each other , looking forward to our Fab Feb journey ☄️

    Day 1, NFD, Aus

    Thank you @brightonbelle for keeping this wonderful forum going and to you @stitchincarol for starting us off in 2025 with such a joyous month. (But I do have to ask, is your WFD now short for a Wine Fast Day??)

    Hello all, old and any newbies. I live in Australia’s capital city (Canberra) with husband and two Australian Cattle Dogs. I’ve decided I’m retiring which is a great feeling and am finding new things to fill my days. Today I had my first tai chi class!

    I have been doing 5:2 on and off since about 2017. When I do it, the weight comes off. When I don’t, the weight comes back. It’s obvious what I should be doing but at times I struggle with finding my fasting mojo. I’ve learnt that daily posting really really helps with accountability. I like to do WFDs on Mondays and Thursdays.

    That’s enough from me on a weekend!

    Day 1 – South Africa 🇿🇦 – NFD 70.8 kg

    I had a good CD yesterday, & I finally feel like I’m back on track – just in time for Fab Feb 💪

    @brightonbelle – congrats on the 6 lb loss! All those FD800’s finally paid off 🎯

    @iona72 – 🎵 Happy Birthday to You! 🎶 🥳️🥂 🎉

    @penz – Tai Chi?! Did you enjoy it? Wine Fast Day – very funny! 😂 🍷

    About me:- David, 62, originally from Manchester, England. Retired & living in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Been 5:2-ing/IF-ing since 2014 after watching Michael Mosley’s documentary, ‘Eat, Fast & Live Longer’. I joined the Challenges after I quit working in 2018. I do basic 5:2, having around 600 – 700 cals on FDs – one evening meal – and I have an eating window of around 12 noon to 8 pm – two meals + a snack – on NFDs.

    Have a good weekend everyone! 🌤 🌈

    Day 1-NO. VA USA- FD800

    Joining in for Fabulous February. I am 74, still working as a pediatrician 4 1/2 days per week (if the weather doesn’t interfere!) Started 5-2 in 2017 and was quite successful, but didn’t maintain…so got back in properly in 2024 and lost 23 #, toward goal of 30#. Am presently at lost 20#, due to the usual holiday nonsense. Back in with enthusiasm now! Thank you @stitchincarol for hosting last month and thank you to @brightonbelle for leading into February.
    l

    Day 1 North Wales NFD

    Thank you for hosting @brightonbelle.

    I joined this forum in December 2017 and I have considerable success. I am 68 a live in North Wales near the sea. My youngest daughter is getting married in 6 months and I want to lose some weight for that and to improve my general health and fitness.
    I am very disappointed in myself for allowing the weight to creep up again. I used to tell myself that the 5.2 was a way of life and I believe it is, but I fell off the wagon. I am feeling strong and determined and I know that I can do this 💪. I had an operation in October and I heard today that the operation to remove part of my Thyroid will be on the 11th March. So glad that I am not having to wait so long. I feel in a better frame of mind today. The last two days were difficult following my appointment at the hospital. I finished the month 1 kg down. I am pleased with that.

    Hope everyone has a successful month.

    Day 1 – USA/GA – NFD

    Weigh-in: 236 lbs. It’s been such a crazy time, I don’t remember if my FD is tomorrow or Monday or both. I’ll figure out by tomorrow. Happy Saturday!

    USA. Day 1. FD

    Good morning, everyone. Thank you BrightonBelle for ushering us through February. Tomorrow is Groundhog Day in the U.S. I hope we will get good news telling us the Winter will be shorter.

    I am a 74 yo woman currently living in Maryland. I think I joined 5:2 in either 2017 or 2018. It’s been so long that I am nog quite sure anymore. I am looking forward to the new month with better results, since I managed to lose only 1 lb. in January. There are no good excuses for that, so I recommit to February.

    FUNSHIPFREDDIE, I like your eating schedule. It seems very doable! I used to do Tai Chi and I enjoyed it. Since it involves slow movements, it’s a challenge for me. I don’t do anything slowly! LOL

    BrightonBelle, congratulations on your 6 lb. loss. That’s wonderful.

    Have a great day, everyone! 👍🏻

    Day 1 – Ireland – NFD🚫 ✅ 🚶🏽‍♀️ 🌾

    157.1

    Hello all – I’m here for Fab Feb 25 💪💪💪 thank you @brightonbelle ⭐️ and @at for the spreadsheet 👏

    My posts may not be very detailed or chatty over this weekend as I’m on the move but I’m here with you all!

    @iona72 – Happy Birthday to You! I hope you have had a lovely day! 🎈 🎈

    @molij please don’t give yourself a hard time! With all that you have been dealing with the fact that you are here is a success in my eyes even without the 1kg drop ⬇️👏. Many of us need a reset so let this be OUR month! 💪 Inspired by those among us who have set a great example in the first month – you know who you are 👏⭐️👏

    Onward and downward ⬇️
    We rise by lifting others 💕

    Ps… Bravo Ireland 👏 🏉 🇮🇪 😉

    Day 2, NFD, Aus

    Hello all – just checking in.

    Day 2 – South Africa 🇿🇦 – FD

    I’ve definitely been a weekend warrior so far, & I’m going for my first Fab Feb FD today 🏹 Anyone joining me?

    @brightonbelle – I’ve been trying to figure out what the emoji is next to Fab Feb 25 Challenge ‘☄️’ a comet? It looks completely different on my phone, like an orange fireball. But on my laptop it looks more like a blue spotlight.

    @jaifaim – congrats to Ireland for their (close) win against England. I can’t believe ITV bumped off Coronation Street for the France V Wales match on Friday?! So rude 😒 I would much rather have seen what was going on in the Rovers Return 😅 And what a thrashing – 43-0 for France. Ouch!

    @ccco – Happy Groundhog Day. A great movie! I used to see a group of people doing Tai Chi on one of the ships I was working on. Strange that it’s classed as a martial art, but it’s supposed to be very beneficial for older people.

    Happy S🌞nday!

    @funshipfreddie

    Day 2 – Ireland – NFD🚫 ✅ 🚶🏽‍♀️ 🌾

    Hello all – like @penz – just checking in on Day 2. 🏹

    Lave a lovely Sunday everyone and a good FD @funshipfreddie 🏹

    Onward and downward ⬇️

    We rise by lifting others 💕

    Day 2 UK NFD

    Morning all , I must admit my emoji choices are fairly random @funshipfreddie , I thought it was a comet but I just liked the look of it . Sorry that corrie got bumped – I was a lifelong fan until around 7/8 years ago and haven’t seen an episode since, the France Wales game was a cracker though🏉

    Ireland thoroughly deserved the win @jaifaim , I’ll be in France for the France Ireland game and looking forward to finding a nice bar to watch that game

    I’m definitely in weekend mode – I’ll be fasting tomorrow and getting into Fab Feb mode 💪☄️

    Have a good Sunday all

    Pocket List – Day 2 🥑
    @funshipfreddie

    Day 2 – USA/GA – FD

    Weigh-in: 238 lbs. This month, I think I am going to have to get a little more serious about my food choices on NFDs. Lots of meetings and events, but I don’t have to have three meals a day plus mindless snacking. This is all just food and weight; I can deal with it. So, let’s do a FD today.

    Pocket List – Day 2 🥑
    @funshipfreddie
    @northgeorgia

    USA. Day 2. FD

    Just checking in, as I am about to meet up with my grandson. Yesterday definitely was not a FD. I went out to dinner with a friend and a jazz show, so today is makeup day.

    Pocket List – Day 2 🥑
    @funshipfreddie
    @northgeorgia
    @ccco

    Have a great day!

    Day 2 NE England NFD

    Thanks for all the birthday wishes and the support and encouragement is much appreciated.
    I had a lovely birthday surrounded by my extended family, we went out to eat, Friday and Saturday and cake and wine may have been involved!🎂🥂
    I have had a much more controlled Sunday and feel I’m getting my fasting mojo back. I’ve closed the kitchen at 7pm and won’t eat again until lunch tomorrow. Not earth shattering I know but a step in the right direction.
    Look forward to chatting with everyone through Fab Feb, thanks @brightonbelle for taking the reins.

    Day 3 – South Africa 🇿🇦 – NFD 70.6 kg

    First Fab Feb FD done & dusted! 💪

    Still a couple of regulars not onboard yet for Fab Feb. @merryapple 👀- I hope you’re okay & not undoing your awesome January success! 🎯

    It’s a gorgeous sunny day here. I’m off out to clock up some steps before it gets too hot, & then have a well-deserved brunch 🍳

    Have a good week everyone

    Pocket List – Day 3 🍏
    @molij

    Day 3 UK f800

    Yes we are low on numbers @funshipfreddie Hopefully a few more will pop in this week

    Had a lovely weekend, a few indulgent moments but not too many f800s during the week for me

    Pocket List – Day 3 🍏
    @molij
    @brightonbelle f800

    Day 3 – USA/GA – NFD

    Weigh-in: 236 lbs. Ready for another rocket ride of a month… here we go.

    Day 3 – Rural Nebraska, USA- NFD

    I had some sort of stomach ailment yesterday, so was too busy feeling sorry for myself to post anything. I’m better today, thankfully, although feeling too pukey to put anything in my mouth is certainly helpful when wanting to lose weight, lol, so I’m not impatient to return to 100%. 🤷‍♀️

    Have a grand one, everyone!

    Day 3 North Wales FD

    Good fast day well over my target steps of 10000 per day. I have finished eating today at 6pm.

    @stitchincarol I hope you feel better soon. Not a good way to lose weight.

    @iona72 happy belated birthday glad you had a lovely day.

    @jaifaim thank you for your kind words. I started meditating again on Sunday. I am hoping that will help.

    Hope everyone has had a good day.

    Pocket List – Day 3 🍏
    @molij
    @brightonbelle f800

    USA. Day 3. CD

    For a change, today is not a FD. I had a lovely fund raising lunch to attend, so I didn’t want it to be a FD. However, it has been easy today to control my food. Tomorrow, I have nothing in particular planned, so I will easily revert back to my regular FDs.

    Iona72, I am glad you had such a lovely birthday!

    MollJ, 👍🏻 for the good FD.

    Feel well quickly, stitchincarol, although you are right about sometimes these things are helpful for dieters.

    Hope everyone is having a wonderful day!

    Day 4 (already?) NZ NFD 🚴‍♀️
    68.9, 69.9, 69.7, 70.1, 69.6kg ⬇️⬆️⬇️⬆️⬇️

    Hiya everyone!!! (Said with a Corrie accent🤣)
    What a great weekend… !!! Oh how wise you are @funshipfreddie 🤣 I had a ride in a Guard’s Red racing Porsche with white rondels, a Palestinian lunch, dog walks and cafes, dinner & wine…
    Yesterday I went into the city for an eye exam to get a prescription for my new dark navy Anne et Valentine frames. I have been walking around with a scratched lens since I fell flat on my face so am really looking forward to my new look!! Other than a minor change for reading requirements my eyes have not changed in 6 yrs. I have better than 20:20 vision and the eyes of a 50 year old!! Yeah!!
    My penance today is a trip to the hand physio, dental hygienist and dentist… and I got a $70 parking ticket in the mail…
    @stitchincarol Your unwellness does have a silver lining but I hope you’re feeling better!!
    @funshipfreddie I see you’ve got your mojo back in spades!!
    @molij Good that you have a surgery date so you know where you are and can make the most of Fab Feb.
    @excelsior12309 Only #10 to go!! Less than 5kg. You’ve got this before the end of this year!!!
    @iona72 Congrats on your birthday and reset!!
    @ccco Did the ground hog appear???!!
    @penz What’s your favourite pizza topping? In the 80s I visited the home of American pizzas near Yale. Frank Sinatra used to send his Lear jet there from NYC to collect his order
    @northgeorgia 💪💪
    @jaifaim Go Ireland!!!! We had a weekend of summer provincial cricket finals so I did do a wee bit of goggle box watching to add to my great weekend!!!
    @brightonbelle Thanks for getting us going!!! Great to hear you dispatched 6lbs last month !! Inspirational!!

    “Thunderbirds are GO”!!!

    Day 3 NE England IF 18:6

    Successful return to IF and I actually enjoyed the challenge. Eating has been controlled today, resisted breaking into the birthday chocs 🍫

    @brightonbelle the weekend is over now! 😉

    @molij my sister had part of her thyroid removed a few years ago, all went well and unless you look closely, you don’t notice any scar, so hope you are encouraged. Thankfully it’s not a long wait.

    @funshipfreddie good job on your FD, back in the groove.

    @merryapple I wish my eyes were as good, hard luck getting a parking ticket 😩

    @stitchincarol hope you are feeling better

    Onwards and downwards, working on a good result this week🤔

    Day 3 – Ireland – NFD🚫 ✅ 🚶🏽‍♀️ 🌾

    Hi all, a quick check in as it has been a busy bank holiday day here. Managed a nice long spin this morning and an evening catch up with family.

    @stitchincarol so sorry you have been unwell 💕💕

    @molij that’s great – 🧘 I must try applying myself to meditation too!

    Ok… I’m just home after a long day so off for a good night’s sleep 💤

    Onward and downward ⬇️
    We rise by lifting others 💕

    Day 4, NFD, Aus

    Great FD yesterday and I am half a kilo down from last week. To say I’m stoked is an understatement.

    Sorry you’re unwell @stitchincarol but so pleased you can see the upside to it. No appetite means an easy FD!

    I’ve not tried meditation @molij. Is this a daily habit for you?

    Sounds like you had a great weekend @merryapple! A ride in a porsche? Are you a closet rev-head?

    Mmm favourite pizza topping…? Our homemade pizzas are with ‘the lot’ (including an egg!) which is definitely not traditional. At a pizza restaurant, I usually favour combos with olive and mushroom, so I suppose they would be my faves.

    v hot here today which means I doubt I will get my step count up. Even my young dog (young! She’ll be 4 next week!) flags early on a walk.

    Have a good one everyone.

    Day 4 – South Africa 🇿🇦 – NFD

    @merryapple – there you are, by ‘eck?! 😅 And not too much damage done, despite all your fun! $70?! Ouch!

    @penz – half a kilo down already! 🎯

    Have to be out the door in two minutes; have a great day y’all

    Day 4 UK f800

    Very good @penz excellent start to the month

    Hope you got a great nights sleep and you’re raring to go @jaifaim

    @iona72 it’s great when you enjoy a challenge 💪

    Sounds a fab weekend @merry🍎 I can see you as Lady Penelope leading us Thunderbirds 🚀

    Great when you can be flexible with your FDs @ccco

    Ahh hope it’s a short lived bug @stitchincarol

    I’ll kick of the pocket list , hope to have some company

    Day 4 Pocket List 👾

    @brightonbelle

    Day 4 – USA/GA – NFD

    Weigh-in: 239 lbs. Sort of a “fake weight” in my mind, as I had to get up at 5:30 a.m., and I had some bad carbs late last night, which is always a bad combo — but even so, I still have to be more mindful the next two NF days.

    Day 4-No. VA. USA-FD 800
    I have an early am routine dr. appointment today, then off to work. My weight is stable but not going down. So more care with the dreaded snacking….If I don’t start, I am OK. very poor self control once I start!
    @penz, interesting pizza choice, with egg…I remember when my husband to be and I started dating many years ago, one of the things I liked about him was he also liked anchovies on pizza, as I do!
    @merryapple, I hope your hand is coming along well and your dental visit was easy. You are a dynamo of activity!
    @stitchincarol, I hope you are back on your feet today and able to eat and drink normally.
    @ccco, are you wandering from room to room, enjoying your “new” home?
    @molij, I think you will do well with your thyroid procedure. Thyroid diseases are generally very treatable!
    @jaifaim, you and @merryapple together would make quite an athletic team, I think. You both are inspirational!
    Good fasting to all.

    Day 4 – Ireland – NFD🚫 ✅ 🚶🏽‍♀️ 🌾

    Hi all, a drizzly day here. Applying myself from today… actually I say that…. I haven’t had a bad first weekend at all
    ⭐️ giving myself some credit. Part of my fab feb focus 💕

    @merryapple your weekend sounds fab!!

    Great to have everybody’s news but like @funshipfreddie I’m racing today… 😁

    Will see you all tomorrow and mind yourself in that heat @penz

    Onward and downward ⬇️

    We rise by lifting others 💕

    Day 4 – Rural Nebraska,USA – WFD

    I’m fine today, I’m glad to report. There has been a lot of Influenza A around here, including several people I know, and a variety of other “real” illnesses, so I’m thankful mine was so insignificant.

    I got the binding stitched down on the baby quilt and will start on the t shirt quilt tonight, and will post pictures when I’m done.

    Have a grand one, everyone!

    USA. Day 4. FD

    Excelsior12309, I am wandering from room to room enjoying my “new” home! LOL I am also need to stop cleaning it when it’s not even dirty! I feel like I am my grandmother all over again! I am waiting for my designer. He is coming by with his iron worker. I am putting in a new bannister, all iron, no wood. I saw one in my neighbor’s house and I fell in love with it. Now I will have one. I am also putting in a new wood floor on the first level. It will look super great!!
    😊

    Today is a FD after yesterday’s CD. Adding myself to the pocket list,

    Day 4 North Wales NFD

    I have a couple of busy days ahead. Just checking in.

    Day 4 NE England

    Quick check in before bed.
    Although I did 19000+ steps I ate too many white carbs, feeling disappointed with myself but tomorrow is another day.

    Day 5 NZ NFD 🏃🏼‍♀️69.2kg⬇️

    No holes but my incisor fang had a crack in it from face planting and the dentist glued it with polyurethane!!! Who knew?!!
    We did a super fast trip up Mt Eden this morning because we are looking after a big Standard Poodle for a friend who has MS. She is having problems walking and thus walking the dog but her biggest problem is a neighbour’s cat entered her apt through the cat door at 2am and the dog went ballistic… Now when he sees the cat, he jumps the fence and goes after it. The cat owner is a lawyer and has three cats – too many in an apt complex in my opinion. She has threatened to complain to the body corps… so Vascoe is hiding out with us until the dust settles. Poor Robin is in tears at the thought of perhaps having to give up her dog who is her emotional support…
    Wow @ccco!! The bannister sounds amazing!!!
    @stitchincarol Good going!!! Idle hands lead to the kitchen🤣!!
    @jaifaim Call yourself a FFFWW🫵🥇 (Fab Feb Focused Weekend Warrior!!!)
    @excelsior12309 Exercise is wasted on the young, if you know what I mean!! Hmmm, the dreaded snacking… How about roasting cut up vegetables with a sprinkling of Louisiana seasoning to snack on?? They’ll fill you up as well as giving you something to munch!!
    Oooh @northgeorgia Late night carbs are a road to nowhere… but you know that…
    @penz Go you!! Now you need to lose the second half of the kilo!!!
    Your pizza is starting to sound like a pizza pie🤣 Isn’t that a Dean Martini song??? I make Putanesca (tomatoes, anchovies, 🌶️, 🫒) sauce for mine. I use a sourdough base which I heat up in a cast iron pan on the gas to cook the base, then add the toppings and put it into a hot oven. Love mushrooms, fresh tomatoes and basil, and melted CHEESE😋
    @funshipfreddie Can you have porridge, milk with a touch of cream and brown sugar for brunch??? Or oats soaked in yogurt overnight with seeds, nuts and fresh fruit??? It doesn’t seem correct… I 💗breakfast!! And lunch with sourdough and something…😃
    @molij Hope your first meditation went well for you.
    @brightonbelle Great your still on F800s since it worked so well for you last month!!
    I loved Lady Penelope when I was a kid. We used to have to go across to the neighbour’s to watch it because we didn’t have TV!!
    @at I’m sure you’re out there walking across the snowy dales!! And cooking up a storm!!

    Enjoy your day everyone!!

    Day 5, NFD, Aus

    Definitely no anchovies anywhere near my pizza, @excelsior12309 and @merryapple!

    So much for my positive post FD vibe. I completely undid all my good work last night with a bottle of (very nice) wine and, boy, am I feeling the aftereffects today! Still, I took myself off to my tai chi class this morning and am looking fwd to my FD tomorrow. I have planned a day of busy-ness to keep me away from the kitchen.

    @iona72 – I’m sure your 19000 steps more than made up for the carbs.

    Day 5 – South Africa 🇿🇦 – NFD

    @merryapple – can’t the cat door be adapted so that only her cat can enter/exit? The cat wears a sensor on its collar so that the door opens only when the cat approaches it? Of course! – you can have whatever you like for brunch! Many places now do all-day breakfasts here, or at least until noon. But if you enjoy your earlier breakfast so much – and are still having great success – then you should continue! I just don’t have any appetite at that time. I used to have oatmeal + apple/raisins at suppertime for my FD meal, but it messed with my blood sugar & sleep. So I usually stick to eggs now. My brothers & I were really into Thunderbirds too 🚀

    @penz – no?!🤦‍♂️ And it’s not even close to Friday! 🤪 I heard a good quote from Tom Holland (Spiderman) recently. He launched his own non-alcoholic beer in the USA last year, ‘Bero’. During an interview he said, “you’ll never wake up & say, ‘I wish I’d had a drink last night’. Never”. And he’s right; I never have, not in 2 years, 4 months & 4 days 😉

    @iona72 – ditto what @penz said re your 19,000 steps! I only managed 6800 yesterday. Sitting on my butt for 4 hours at the mosaic class doesn’t help. But I’ll make up for it today 🎯

    Gotta get ready for line-dancing 🕺💃

    Happy Hump Day! 🐫

    Day 5 – USA/GA – NFD

    Weigh-in: 240 lbs. Gosh, having to get up at 5 a.m. the last couple of days has wrecked havoc upon me. Even feel a little nauseous this morning. Rough! I know I have a breakfast event this morning, so Thursday will be my FD.
