This is my first day after fast, feel great, I might have maybe ate a little over the 500, I will work harder on Thursday.

Well done, kneeC! Even if you have gone a little over the 500, you have almost certainly eaten a lot less than on a usual day. A great start. Hang on in there!

Well done on your first fast day, as Herma said no need to worry if you went a little over the 500 cals, i often do lol!!
