Both my posts have disappeared

In the last 36 hours I wrote and posted two posts. One was to the Weight Loss forum, the other to the Science of Intermittent Fasting.

They appeared for a while, and I even got a reply to each. But now they are no longer visible on those forums. What’s going on?

The forum is to support people doing the 5:2 and associated diets – while there are other approaches to diet and health that work (everyone is different!) this is not the place for them. There are plenty of weight loss related forums on the web, I am sure you will find somewhere that is a good fit. 😊
