  • Hi all, Richard from Australia. Just a quick hello and a very big thank you Michael.

I started ADF 6 weeks ago after watching Michael’s documentary . What a change I’m amazed.
When I started I was 87 kg, BP was 165/110, blood (type two) was ave 13-16 mol/L, fasting on a good day. I was advised by my doctor and optician to make lifestyle changes and quick. I’m 50 years old

I’m now 77.5 kg, BP today was 123/87, my fasting blood is now around 8.5 to 9.5 fasting not great but such a reduction in a short time. My doctor has reduced my BP medication and is very impressed.

    Hi Richard and welcome!

Sounds like a great start for you – it does seem as if men do particularly well when they decide to change their Way of Eating! 🙂

I am also an Aussie – check out the Southern Hemispherites topic if you haven’t already, a lot of Aussies hang out there. 🙂

Did you see the “new” MM doco on Thurs night? “Trust me, I’m a doctor” and have you seen the one about HIIT, if you are looking to add some exercise to your routine.

Simcoeluv has lots of excellent tips in his link, well worth a read.

Very best wishes on your journey. 🙂
    Cheers
    Sassy 😀
