Had great success in 2014 and lost 30 pounds. Gained back 20 in last two years due to a combination of illness and developing bad Fast Day habits. Any advice for getting back on track?

You did really well before, so it shouldn’t be too hard to get back into it! Plan ahead so you don’t grab something unhealthy, spend some time researching some FD recipes so you have something to look forward to. Maybe put a photo of you when you’d lost weight on the fridge or inside a kitchen cupboard to inspire you? The forums are great support for FDs if you’re flagging. Keep reminding yourself that it’s only one day… Some people find it easier not to eat anything until dinnertime, once I start eating I find it hard to stop, so I go without, think back to how you managed it last time. I count calories & write down what I eat, on FDs & nonFds, it’s easy to eat more than you realise, & sometimes easy to slip into fasting/ feasting mode…
Good luck!
