3.5 pounds lost in the first week. Woo hoo! I also had a client dinner one night with a curry and wine and had wine with dinner on Saturday night. Very pleased. Let’s hope this keeps up!

Congrats, fantastic start!
Stick with it, and the pounds will keep coming off – maybe not always to the same extent, but over time your weight will continue to decrease.
Make sure you take other body measurements too and check out the forum for lots of hints and tips. 🙂
