  • Hi everyone.

    I’ve been on this fasting diet since the beginning of January, (2nd of Jan to be exact), and I have to say that it’s going pretty well so far.

    I’m not saying that I’ve noticed weight loss as of now, but I do feel much better in my health as well as sleeping better at night, which was a growing problem before I started on this diet… I’m hoping this is a good sign to you professioanls who know the science behind fasting. 🙂
    Let’s see where it takes me!

    Shout-out to Dr. Michael Mosley… you sir, have my deepest respect! I’ve read the fast diet book and now plan on to reading the Fast Exercise book, once ordered and delivered.
