Hi, I’m Dee and found this site because I’ve been looking for some answers…
I started 5:2 last year and lost a bit of weight that I didn’t want; however I found a side-effect that has been taking me on a different path. I found myself feeling so good after a fast day I started trying to narrow it down and found I couldn’t eat gluten.
Anyway, I stopped eating wheat and gluten, then found Soya to be a bit of a problem. As I was trying to cope with all this I left the 5:2 for a while. Now though I seem to be reacting to all sorts of food, and am wondering if the 5:2 is the answer? So I’m starting it up again and also found this site. I’ve had a mooch around here but can’t find anything too specific. I’m definitely better if I stick to fruit and veg all day, anyone else found this?
