    I’m currently following Slimming World eating plan but wanted to try something different.
    I’m 5ft 5, 11st 12lb (75.6kg)female.
    I’m trying to get down to 70kg before my holiday in just over 8 weeks.
    Anyone else doing SW and 5:2
    my first fast day; I’ve decided to do 3 small meals

    I had 2 Ryvita crisp breads with 2 laughing cows light triangles and 100g of strawberries.
    lunch will be low calorie soup and sandwich thin
    dinner will be low calorie soup
    Please join me if you just started yourself.

    Count me in!
    I have done the fast 2 before and it works. Unfortunately I tend to have problems trying to control my appetite in the days between fasts.
    I’m over 5 foot 8 and weigh around 78 kilos. I want to get down to 70 or thereabouts. I’m 52 and menopausal. That sounds dreadful, but it’strue.
    I love food, all types and wine.I have given up beer as I find it bloating.
    I want to give the fasting another shot and make a decided effort on the other days
    Today has been a fast day.
    I had tea with milk for breakfast.
    I had grilled chicken with vegetables for lunch.
    I’m going to have an apple for dinner.

    I am hungry but I will soldier on. Being organised helps so hopefully tomorrow I will be good and not overeat.
