  • So I read a bit about this diet and it doesn’t seem too bad. I was just wondering, how fast do u see results and how much do u loose in a week? I am starting tmrw and i am gonna workout 4-5 days a week. I want to loose 10 kilos and I was wondering if anyone have had any experience in loosing the kilos while going to the gym as well? If yes, how much did u loose?

    5:2 is about eating for long term health, and works best when it has become your way of life.
    There is a wide variation in how much weight people lose. I believe the average is about half a kilo a week.

    Thank you for the reply! I read the links u posted and they gave a bit of perspective on the whole process. I’ll start tmrw and hopefully there will be some good news to share within 1-2 weeks!
