newbie but second time round!

  • Hi everyone… I hope your all well, my name is Lisa and I will be starting the 5:2 diet tomorrow, I previously did the 5:2 before my stomach surgery I had in 2014 which I needed to loose a stone before it could be done to help my recovery (endometriosis)… combined with walking my gorgeous pup Bella I lost 22lbs in just over 6 weeks & that was also whilst signed off work with my illness (reason for surgery).

    Has anybody got any tips? I am doing a Tuesday and Thursday as my non consecutive days fasting and im going to try fill up on protein, fruit and veg on my non fasting days, walking Bella again and swimming twice a week and the gym possibly once a week.

    Swimming and walking are great exercises. Keep going and you’ll have great success.
