Im new here and I hope to share experiences and learn from you. Im a Sportive girl from Los Angeles. Even I’ve spent my whole life (25 yrs) practicing sports Im not thin, and Im always looking for new diets to get on fit.

Good luck Dannygreen and welcome.
It’s a easy diet just two days stick to 500 calories then the other days eat mindfully with small portions. Look at your TDEE at the top right of page and work out your non fast day calories, I would then lower them by 200 at least.
I eat 1200/1300 on a non fast day easing off if you are doing something special.
Join one of the friendly forums as they help a lot and keep you positive. See which one is more like you and your life style. Making friends on the way.
