I’ve lost two stone already, want another two off for my holiday any tips never heard of this before x

Well done on your two stone off…looks like you know what to do.
Just follow the 5.2 book after a couple of weeks you get more into it and it gets easier. Make sure you don’t go over your TDEE on a non fast day, keep to 500 on FDs..Monday and Thursday is the norm but change to suit yourself and any plans you may have.
I never change my days, I change my plans to suit my diet…it is easier for me ‘non negotiable’ 500 calories Monday and Thursday!
Your TDEE is at the top right of screen..in Fast Diet Tracker..everybody is different…I only have 1200/1300 calories on my NFDs, so you will loose more weight but don’t panic if you go over.
