Hi all,
I started my first fast day yesterday and was 80% successful 🙁 I managed breakfast and through lunch ok, the afternoon was tough (as it always is!) but worse as I really wanted something sweet.
I ate a few cranberries which helped more than I thought!
I managed to go to the gym in the evening and was surprised how much energy I had, salmon and veg for dinner but I didn’t manage to avoid an oat cake as soon as I got in, felt so hungry! anyway, all in all not bad and finished on under 700 calories. I am feeling positive about it and plan my next fast for Monday, now I know I can manage the day at work I think I can do better next time!
