I am trying to get the gist of this website. Would this be a proper place to look for advice if I am eating 1 meal a day? I just read the new book, The Obesity Code and I have been practicing longer fasts after being inspired to get healthier. I tried 2 day fasts, but it is not enough for me, not even 16:8 was enough. I have upped my game to 22:2 in hopes of losing weight faster. I was only losing about .25 of a pound a week on 16:8…which would be good for a small amount of weight to lose, but I have a big journey.
I don’t like to give out personal info, so that is why I didn’t, join the May group.
I am trying to get the hang of the forum, so please excuse any idiot moves I may inadvertently make π¬.
