I started last week on Tuesday, and I’ll list below what I’ve done. It’s been fab – hard to start with, but now I’ve done 4 fast days and I can see I’ve dropped 5lbs which is staying off and not fluctuating. I also feel SO MUCH lighter, brighter and happier for doing something about my weight problem.
However, as I’ve changed my fasting days….I can’t be sure what I’ve done. I’ll take it from last Monday
Week One
Monday – Ate whatever – can’t remember – didn’t count it
Tuesday – First FAST day – 500 cals all consumed at 7-8pm
Wednesday – 1800 cals (TDEE)
Thursday – FAST DAY 500 cals all consumed at 7-8pm
Fruday – 1800 Cals (TDEE)
Saturday – Out to a friends – guestimating 2500 cals consumed! (wine)
Sunday – 1800 Cals (TDEE)
Week Two
Monday – FAST – 500 all consumed at 7-8pm
Tuesday – 1800 cals
Wednesday – FAST 500 Cals all consumed at 7-8pm
Today – Out for a meal this evening and desperately trying to find a low meal on
the Frankie & Bennys Menu!
So have I done 5:2 or 4:3 because I moved my fast day to the Monday of the 2nd week?
Does it matter?
Shall I just continue with 5:2 or just chop and change which fast days fit into my life and not worry if i overlap and end up with 3 in 7 day period sometimes?
