  • Finally getting myself on the scale was a good wake up call this morning. I have always been a breakfast eater, so I am pleasantly surprised that although I feel pretty hungry now approaching lunchtime, I do not feel tired or weak as I had anticipated. I want to train myself to learn to live with feeling hungry for short periods of time.

    Hi Jill, I am just finishing week 3. I find the more fast days that have past, the easier they become. The hungry feeling is a welcome feeling for me after the 1st 2 fast days.
