    I’ve been reading the posts here for a while now.
    It’s been helpful to read what others have been experiencing and trying out along the way, so thanks to you all for posting your stories.

    I’m on my 7th week. My weightloss has been intermittent but all in all I’m thrilled with the lifestyle.

    I’d have lost a lot more weight by now if I’d avoided grains/gluten but I didn’t realise they were affecting my weight until I started IF and daily weigh-ins. I posted about it here:
