Hi folks, I am new here like so many other people. I have weighed and measured myself before starting this diet and so far have had one fast day and 1 normal day. today is my second fast day. I felt ok at the start of the first fast day but by around 9.30 pm i was zonked and had to go to bed because i felt sick and really dizzy. i’m hoping that sensation will wear off, drinking lots of water today to help me and not eaten yet…i got on the scales this morning and no loss….should i be worried? or should i wait until i’ve been on it a few weeks? also, i was taking raspberry ketone tablets …should i still have one on my fasting day to help with appetite suppression or should I leave them? also, anyone taking cod liver oil and other vitamins, do you count these in with your cals? becuase i don’t know where to start with them and was thinking i might just leave taking them on fasting days…any thoughts? many thanks x
