Hi! I get the rules of the fast diet.
However I’m Struggling to figure out the fast exercise. I’ll be using a treadmill. Once I warm up, is the fast exercise 10 mins in total?? How long do I do the HIT part and how long do I rest for?

Not sure about the interval duration and how many intervals, hopefully some one can chime in with that. You do realise that when you do your intervals they have to be 100% flat out. Your maximum effort, nothing left behind. Im not sure youre going to be able to do that on a treadmill? A steady gentle jog is not HIT.
