Hi this is the first day of my chance to change. Last year was a roller coaster ride of emotions which has lead to today. No more putting off the inevitable by shovelling a biscuit or packet of crisp with the excuse one more won’t hurt. Something sweet will make me happy because. I KNOW IT WONT. I also know it didn’t go on over night so I’m under no illusion this is a quick fix. This time I’m hoping I can last longer than a week or two.
Day one….so far so good. I’ve decided to split my allowance into two meals. A tasty tin of chickpea spinach soup 204 cals. And dinner tinned tuna and tinned sweetcorn.
I’m not a fan of scales so clothing will be my guide and a bathroom midriff selfish eurgh just for visual reference.
