I have just started the eating plan on Monday
just need a bit of help with breakfast as i dont have time to cook first thing and need to eat by 6.30 am.
Found by 5 pm on first day very hungry

Quick easy and filling. small non stick pan – One small tomato chop. One thin slice onion dice. Quick fry in a non stick pan no oil. Just want the tomato to start weeping and the onion to clear a bit. turn heat down to med low.
put in a small ramekin. crack a egg on top. invert pan over the ramekin flip over. leave ramekin inverted, poach the egg in the juices of the tomato and bit of onion. 2-3 mintures. flip the pan over eat from the ramekin.
Quick and easy. make if faster by dicing tomoto and onion add dash of sallt, crack in the egg the night before. salt will make the tomato weep and you poach from the get go. 3.5 minsutes in the morning.
