New to 5:2 from Perth!

  • Hi all, I’ve just started the 5:2 very tentatively and so far, it’s not too bad. I think I’m eating more calories than I should on the fast (161cm female) at around 600 calories because I’m working out too. Is this ok? I really want to drop body fat!!
    I’m really amazed at how many people offer you food constantly – does any one else find that?
    Also, any tips would be great😊
