New to 5:2 – A few questions!

    I’m going to be starting 5:2 this week 🙂
    Can anyone explain to me what works best for them?
    Not eating all day/eating 500 cal dinner, or eating small meals through the day to reach 500? What are some things you eat?

    Also I am a weight lifter. Am I going to lose fat too fast and end up losing muscle? I also have an active job.

    Many people find eating one high fat moderate protein meal in the evening on their diet days works best.

    You have to decide whether you want to lose weight or worry about losing muscle.
